CyberJA Academy uses this hub to provide educational assessments, practical resources and optional learning emails. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Assessment and downloads

You can complete the assessment and download resources without providing a name or email. Your answers are processed to calculate your result. They are stored with your subscriber record only if you request learning emails. Do not include confidential organisational information.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we record page visits, assessment starts and completions, resource-download clicks, course-link clicks and active experiment interactions, along with campaign labels. These are interaction counts, not unique people or confirmed Udemy purchases. First-party cookies remember your choice and campaign labels. Use Cookie choices in the footer to change your choice. Declining analytics leaves the assessment available.

Learning email requests

If you subscribe, we store your name, email, goal, result, campaign labels, consent version and subscription status. Email lessons require confirmation. Delivery may be unavailable until CyberJA connects its email service. We do not claim that an email has been sent when delivery is unavailable. An unsubscribe link is included in delivered learning messages.

Operational protection

We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application’s analytics records. Hosting and email providers may process operational information required to provide their services.

Course purchases

Course checkout happens on Udemy and is covered by Udemy’s policies. This hub cannot observe checkout completion from an outbound click. CyberJA may reconcile instructor sales reports separately; recorded revenue is identified separately from website interactions.

Access, removal and questions

Subscriber records are accessible only in CyberJA’s protected management area. Request access or deletion using the contact options on Richea Perry’s website. Records are kept while needed for the requested subscription or associated business records; you can request removal. Udemy privacy policy.
